Questions
- Do you take a commission on my sales?
- Never. You pay one flat subscription fee and keep 100% of every sale — we don't touch your customers' payments.
- How do the 12 and 24-month terms work?
- Same plan and features — committing to a longer term lowers your per-month price (12 months saves 40%, 24 months saves 50% versus paying month to month). You're billed once up front for the whole term.
- Is Free really free?
- Yes. The Free plan has no time limit and needs no credit card. You can list up to 50 products and upgrade only when you outgrow it.
- Can I switch or cancel anytime?
- Yes. Upgrades and downgrades take effect immediately and are prorated automatically. Cancel from the billing portal whenever you like.
- What happens to my products if I downgrade?
- Nothing is ever deleted. If you're over the new plan's product limit, your store simply shows your earliest-added products up to that limit — the rest are hidden from customers (never removed) and reappear the moment you upgrade again or archive older ones. You can always see and edit every product in your admin.
