Tapping checkout in WhatsApp mode generates a prefilled message summarising the cart and opens straight into a chat with the merchant's WhatsApp number. The order is logged in the admin as "pending" the moment it's placed, ready for the merchant to confirm. This mode is free forever, on every plan — it's treated as core, not a growth feature to gate.

A merchant can independently switch on bank transfer, Touch 'n Go eWallet, and DuitNow QR — each toggled separately in settings, so a store can offer exactly the mix its customers actually use, with no gateway account required.
