Offer instant same-city delivery with Lalamove

Lalamove is the option that makes a small store look faster than the biggest marketplace: a rider collects from your pickup point and delivers within hours. It's a genuinely different promise from a courier, and it's worth offering for fresh, fragile, oversized or simply urgent orders.

   Open Settings → Delivery and find Lalamove instant delivery

   Turn on Use my own Lalamove account to connect the store to your own Lalamove Business account. You'll need an API Key and API Secret from your Lalamove dashboard. Start with a sandbox key (it begins with pk_test_): that pairs your store with a demo Lalamove account, so you can run the whole flow without real bookings or real money.

   Pin the pickup location

   Search for your pickup address, then drag the pin to the exact spot. This fills in the pickup fields above and records the coordinates Lalamove needs — without them there's no price to quote and no route for a driver. The same coordinates are what a rider is sent to, so an approximate pin becomes a driver waiting in the wrong place.

   Watch for orders that want it today

   Orders arrive in Orders with everything else, whichever way the customer chose to pay and receive. Buyers inside a supported city see instant delivery as an option at checkout; buyers outside one simply don't, and see your courier and pickup options instead.

   Book the delivery from the order

   Open the order and use the Instant delivery (Lalamove) section to book Lalamove delivery. The trip is charged to your own Lalamove balance, and the delivery status updates on the order as the rider moves.
